Problem statement :

Child labour is a multidimensional and integrated phenomena. Children of households living in extreme poverty are vulnerable to higher risk of getting engaged in this process that is quite dangerous and harmful. Due to lack of resources and facilities, these children are asked to perform domestic task and work in industry.

Some works on daily wages and their parents are not ready to send them into school due to lack of awareness and lack of food they faced. Children are forced to do work in order to meet the challenges of the food. Their children are deprived of education because they do not have means and acess to it

Many young girls whose parents sent them to work in other houses or hospitals where they work for the whole day and receive daily wages from them. This is not economically, physically and morally good.

Actually child labour is an outcome of cause and consequences of multi dimensional socio economic factors.

It has root in poverty, lack of education, unawareness, lack of opportunities and higher population growth, obselte social norms and plethora of supply and demand dynamics.

LIFE OF LITTLE ONES ARE DESTROYED, WHEN CHILD LABOUR IS EMPLOYED.

In Pakistan more than 12.5 million children are involved in child labour. Pakistan labour force survey of 2014-15 showed that the children whose aged between 10-14 years are active in child labour. 61%were the boys and 88% came from the rural areas.

Children who start working in their early ages lose their educational capabilities and ultimately their earning capacities also. Child who works in the age which is the age of getting books in their hand quite dangerous. This is a direct threat to the quality of their education not only but also their lives and a great loss of their personality, creativity and imagination.

We should make strategies for our country child to educate them in a better way. Pakistan national laws declare that no child below 14 years of age should engage in any factory.

Firstly child labour is socially undesirable and its reduction is worthy goal.

Secondly there are some more desirable activities, like schooling and leisure.

The universal declaration community for human rights takes important steps to eradicate child labour.

As the Amal team has providing me an opportunity to work on my mega project. We should apply amal principles of progress to show empathy for these children. So that many of us can achieve our goals by making efforts for such child.
