Breaking the negative vicious cycle

Everyone’s getting what they want. And what am I doing? Everyone is ahead of me, where am I leading ?

It took me two years to realize not everyone who comes in your life has good intention for you. Not everyone wants the best for you.There are people who would drain your energy so much that you start having self doubt.

You gradually start feeling as if nothing around you would work out for you. Nothing could make you happy.

It’s not because you are not worthy of anything, it’s because you have surround yourself with people who’s entire purpose of life is to make other people feel unworthy of themselves.

This leads you to withdraw from activities that you once loved doing. You feel as if nothing you got no life to have control over. All you do is sit at home and have a negative mindset.

Living the same day everyday

Remember, people would never be there for you when you need them the most. So just take a chance, and start trusting yourself, be a best friend of yourself. I bet, you would never regret that.

At times you might feel the need of support and help from others, ASK FOR IT!

DO NOT ASSUME PEOPLE WOULD COME TO HELP YOU WITHOUT YOU ASKING FOR IT. Never be ashamed to reach out to people if you need their help. The real ones would always help you out, but at-least let them know you need one.

This simple act would not only save you from overthinking about unnecessary thoughts but would allow you to let go of the thoughts like — “No one is there for me when I need them.”

Everyone fight battles everyday, and the one who has a positive mindset at the end of the day can win any battle of life.

Most of the people don’t fail in the real exam. They fail the day they can’t fight their negative thoughts anymore. They give up, thinking — “I don’t have time left, or I’m not smart enough”. But the secret to break this mentality is, see the problem as a challenge, and find ways to overcome it, rather than having a complaining attitude.

You need you.

As it’s rightly said, “Everyday may not be good, but there is something good in everyday”. Learn something from everyday, cherish every moment of your life, so that your future-self is a happy person and not someone who regrets not enjoying the present moments of joy!
