Though not right for every role, the multi-disciplinarian brings great power and knowledge to teams and projects, with the ability to generate exponential growth and change by connecting the dots in a less standard way. It’s shame that often this invisible superpower goes unrecognized. Perhaps capes and tights are a solution.
