I believe that in the world of writing (whatever it is) practice is the only way you can really learn something. Tutorials and books can give you ideas but they won’t really teach you.
The best I can recommend is to find a real supervisor with more experience in this field who can give you comments on your texts.

I think if someone is aimed at attacking an account, microcopy can’t help or prevent it. For sure, security measures should be considered but I believe security is something you should put in the core of your product, not on the surface. Microcopies are on the surface, they are where users are, so they should help people in the first place.
