So which comes first? Strategising what kind of brand are you or problem-solution fit? I agree the value of getting the value right but how can this be properly defined without understanding your customers (e.g. Going out of the building and speaking with 10 customers) ? Getting a brand right requires involving an agency, at least for the visual part, and this doesn’t come cheap. We all know that startups lack money so on what should they spend them first? What do you need in place before getting your brand strategy written properly down?
