To build a broad and inclusive open-source network for currencies and payments, it is necessary for each and every country to be able to participate. In order to achieve this it is imperative to have a solid and standardized network of anchors that allow an entrance and exit ramp in such a way that financial systems and the digital network function as a single network. This is the reason why Anclap is committed and is working towards three main objectives:
- To build anchors in Latin American countries, so that all LATAM countries can have their own bridge to the digital network, using their corresponding stablecoin.
- To extend the standard services provided by an anchor, adding new possibilities and services.
- To generate the necessary framework to comply with local regulations and to ensure the standards for the best user experience possible.
ANCLAP has recently achieved the following milestones:
Building the Anchors Network
- Argentina and Peru are currently connected to the Stellar Network using their respective stablecoins.
- Colombia COL and Chile CLP will be connected during Q4 2021.
- The feasibility analysis to expand the Stellar network in LATAM to new countries and with new partners has been started.
Buckler: The new non custodial Wallet.
- The team is currently in the final testing phase of Buckler’s MVP targeting Q4 2021 to begin the production of crypto and non-crypto users.
New Anchor Management and Operation
- With a focus on regional expansion, the team redesigned and automated anchor management, gaining efficiency and incorporating an automatic alerts module.
- Better liquidity provision process and parameterizable according to the needs of each country.
- New Compliance module developed to reduce processing times and ensure the compromised SLA.
- New use cases that will incentivize the use of the network are being analyzed.
Our team:
- The management team has been strengthened, new key players that will allow us to scale and enhance our work have been added.
- An internal development team has been put together, integrating developers and training them in development on the Stellar network.
- The team is moving forward to close an agreement with a communication and marketing team in order to better communicate our products.

HITOS ANCLAP
Para construir una red de código abierto amplia e inclusiva para monedas y pagos es necesario que cada (todos y cada uno) país pueda participar. Para ello es necesario contar con una sólida y estandarizada red de anclas que permitan que una rampa de entrada y de salida de forma tal que los sistemas financieros y la red digital trabajen como una única red. Es por eso que Anclap se ha comprometido y estamos trabajando persiguiendo tres objetivos principales:
- Construir anclas en los países de Latinoamérica, para que todos los países de LATAM puedan contar con su puente hacia la red digital, a través de su stablecoin correspondiente.
- Extender los servicios estándar que brinda un ancla, agregando nuevas posibilidades y servicios.
- Generar el marco de trabajo necesario para cumplimentar con las regulaciones locales y asegurar los estándares para que la experiencia de usuario sea la mejor.
Desde ANCLAP en este último tiempo hemos logrado varios hitos:
Red de Anchors
- Actualmente están conectados a la red Stellar a través de su stablecoin Argentina y Perú.
- Durante el Q4 de 2021 estarán disponibles Colombia COL y Chile CLP.
- Comenzamos el análisis de factibilidad para ampliar la red Stellar en Latam con nuevos países y partners.
Buckler: Nuestra Wallet non custodial
- Nos encontramos en la fase final de testing del MVP de Buckler apuntando a Q4 2021 para comenzar la salida a producción usuarios cripto y non criptos.
Nueva Gestión y Operación de Anclas
- Pensando en la expansión regional, re diseñamos y automatizamos la gestión de las anclas, ganando eficiencia e incorporamos un módulo de alertas automáticas
- Mejor proceso de provisión de liquidez y parametrizable según las necesidades de cada país.
- Nuevo módulo de Compliance para reducir los tiempos de procesamiento y asegurar el SLA comprometido.
- Estamos analizando nuevos casos de uso que incentivarán el uso de la red.
Nuestro Equipo
- Fortalecimos el equipo de gestión, sumando nuevos key players que nos permitan escalar y potenciar nuestro trabajo.
- Armamos un equipo interno de desarrollo, integrando desarrolladores y capacitarlos en el desarrollo sobre la red de Stellar.
- Estamos avanzando para cerrar un acuerdo con un equipo de comunicación y marketing para comunicar nuestros productos.
