I like how you laid out your blog post. I thought that the addition of feedback from your friends was great. I wish that you had more apple on your cookie. When I tried your cookie I was craving for more of the apples because they were so good (they also added a good contrast of texture to the cookie). What if you added 2 slices of apples on the cookie instead of just one? You could even do 2 different colors of apples to also give it a nice color.
