I like the originality of the types of cookies you tested. Each one you made were novel in the sense that not many people have had these cookies but also had good flavor pairings. I wish that there was a way to make the chocolate avocado sushi work. I think it had a lot of potential to be super creative and tasty. What if instead of using a seaweed wrapper you used some kind of chocolate wrapper and the fillings inside were avocado and chocolate cookie sticks? I believe that you might have been on to something here.
