Having the Key to Succeed

Everybody starts somewhere when it comes to building your career. This starts with the job search and what keywords stick out in the job description. Find what’s important to you and what you can bring to a company and match that with what they are looking for. I have been actively looking at jobs to find my key to succeed. I am an Economics major with a minor in Finance. I am looking for an internship for the summer of 2019. I want the opportunity to work with real world data and numbers in a business. I want to be able to apply my quanitative and analytic skills farther than the classroom. Something I found surprising about the job search is how broad the qualifications are. It seems like many companies want to diversify their recruiment leading to a high talent pool. This is beneficial to me because I am a lot different then the other people applying to this job. This should allow you to be who you are and they will hire you if you have the qualifications they are looking for. I found a lot of key words surrouded by leadership, communication and management. It seems as the jobs I am looking for want a leader to bring into the business to enlighten fresh ideas.
