“Apple🍎Pear🍐Chicken🐔Soup – 苹果鸭梨鸡汤”

Gotten my latest toy (a Pressure Cooker) last Friday and because it doesn’t come with a recipe book I went to the Popular bookstore to get one!
Weather in Singapore is getting seriously hot! Therefore I decided to boil something nourishing and cooling for the family❣️
Recipe for Apple🍎Pear🍐Chicken🐔Soup – 苹果鸭梨鸡汤 – (Cooling and Nourishing)
Preparation time: 10mins
Cooking time: 30mins
Ingredients
- 2 Apples (Red / Green)
- 2 Chinese Pear
- 2 Chicken Thighs (Skinned)
- 10 Red Dates
- 1 Tablespoon of Wolfberries
Seasonings
- Powder Pepper
- Light Soy Sauce
Cut both apples and pears into quarter, take out the seeds. Place all ingredients into the inner pot of the Pressure Cooker.

Set to “Soup” mode -> “Pressure time” to 30mins and press “Start”!
Once timer is up, turn the knob to release the air from the air vent carefully (Caution!: make sure your hands and eyes are not near the area as steaming hot air will be released)
Add in the seasonings, stir well and served! 😋
My son is a picky eater and I’m glad that both my hubby and him love the soup 💕
