Start your day with a real breakfast; don’t ever skip that. I feel better all day if I start off by having a good breakfast.

Nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated. It can be as easy as the following recipe 😋

Simple Breakfast Toast with Mentai Style Toast Spread & Grated Cheddar Cheese 🧀

Preparation time: 10mins
Baking time: 10mins
Ingredients:
  • 4 White Breads
  • 4 Eggs
  • Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • Mayonnaise Sauce
  • Mentai Style Toast Spread**

Preheat your oven to 170–180°C.

Lay your white breads on a baking tray. With the help of a tablespoon, press it on the centre of the bread to create a square dent – leaving some border for the mayonnaise and mentai spread.

Squeeze out both mayonnaise and mentai paste on the border of the bread, spread out evenly using a butter knife.

Gently crack the eggs onto the centre of each bread – If you are afraid that you can’t do a good job to crack the eggs, you can first crack it on a small bowl and then pour it onto the breads.

Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on the border of the breads (on top of mayonnaise and mentai paste)

Send it into the preheated oven and bake it for 8–10mins.

Ta~dah! Your simple breakfast toast is ready to be serve with coffee or tea ☕️! (⚠️Caution of the hot oven and the baking tray)
