Do the numbers fit? If there would have been 22 million voters in addition to the 250 million who were allowed to vote in the election of 2016, the total number of possible voters would have increased to 272 million (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voter_turnout_in_the_United_States_presidential_elections). That would have been an increase of 16% compared to the election 0f 2012 (235 mio). How likely is this scenario? The increase of eligible voters from 235 to 250 million from 2012 to 2016 is already quite a lot. Actually that shows if there was a manipulation of the election in 2016 it happened by adding votes to the election, not by removing them.
