I can assure you, from experience, that it is definitely a bummer! I mostly forgot about this list, honestly. I may restart my 101 in 1001, though! With things that are doable (make a creme brulee from scratch! Throw bigger pots!) but not dependent on having an abundance of vacation time, ha ha.
