I Guess the Economy Has Ruined “Going Out” Now
Nicole Dieker

I don’t like going out because I am in a job that is largely student-facing and while I enjoy it (mostly), I am EXHAUSTED by the time I get home and do not want to interact with any more people ever. I’m hoping that when we move, I can find a job that doesn’t require quite so much interaction all. day. long. Literally 6 of my 8 hours are usually spent talking to people. Doing things on a week night is limited, for me, to pottery class, which I love more than life.

Edited to add that I went to a lot of art opening in college because I was an unofficial art kid, and I miss doing that.
