Welcome our new CEO, Andy Taylor!

We have some exciting news that we’ve been eagerly waiting to share: there’s an important new member in the Ando family.

Andy Taylor has joined Ando as our first CEO. Andy’s a seasoned food industry executive and joins us from Hale & Hearty, a quick-service brand with locations in New York and Boston where he was also CEO. Before that, Andy led operations for Pret A Manger. He’s as passionate as we are about making delicious food and creating the best possible experience for Ando’s customers. We’re excited to have him on the team!

Before you head back to your inbox/to-do list/daydream, we’d like to share a bit more about what this news means for us. As you know, Ando has been alive & kicking for about a year now. A year in which we learned a great deal: the challenges of delivery-only, the ins & outs of Midtown and Downtown (our new homes) and how important each member of our team is. With that in mind, we made the decision to bring Andy on board several months ago, knowing that it would be important to have someone with his type of experience as we continue to grow Ando in New York and beyond.

We’re excited for the next few months, and hope you’ll come along with us for the ride. But first, onto today’s decisions: Cheesesteak or Banh Mi?
