Thanks a lot for giving goalsmashers.com a try. I created the idea for the tool for myself really, out of the same hunt to find something that was simple, and that could help sales managers (which I still am) identify activity gaps to help with coaching their team. I’m the most disorganised person ever, and I aways suggest that sales people should find a system, any system, as long as they stick with it.

I like the simplicity of your suggestion a lot, as well as the idea of seeing all your activities in one place.
