Surround Yourself with People Who Hold You to a Higher Standard than You Hold Yourself
Benjamin P. Hardy

I loved reading and reflecting on this. It resonates perfectly for many aspects of life: family (both my wife & our teenage kids), work and community. Can you however help me reconcile one thought? In striving to be surrounded by those who hold highest standards than me, does it necessarily infer requesting others to tolerate including me and my currently lower standards? I suspect the answer is ‘no’ due hopefully to some complementary combination between the two of us.
