Though, FWIW, dark humor and absurdism can have their place… depending entirely on your audience, product goals, and intended messaging. They do seem to be targeting adventure-survivalists and ex-military, and the tone is in line with other language on their site (“Bleeding sucks! Our emails don’t”… “Where’s my dang order?” … “Boring stuff”), so as much as I think this is gross, it does seem to be in line with their intended approach.
