I feel compelled to consistently tip/overtip workers who I perceive or know who are at the bottom of the wage food chain — hotel maids, taxi drivers, food delivery people. The hipsters who own and run my local coffee place are not on that same tier, so my tipping is less consistent.

The best donuts are at grocery stores with bakeries (ALBERTSONS!), so no need to tip there.
