How to build habit-forming products

This is my review of the Nir Eyal’s book Hooked: How to build habit-forming products.

The GIST of this book is the following: some companies use a proven model — which consists of four steps — to help their customers form habits that connect their problem with the company’s solution. And by progressing users through these four steps, companies make them come back again and again until their product or service becomes a habit for the user.

This book explains how certain companies built products that become habits for their users. It’s a practical book, full of insights, really useful.
