For me, the absolute biggest and #1 issue is the fact that you dont take premades into account as an advantage. Its a lot harder to win queuing up solo compared to queuing up with teammates. This makes the entire ranking system inaccurate since premades has a fundamental advantage and people use this as an exploit.

Me and my friends know that if we want to get a winstreak and get some elo for free we can just queue with each other as 5 premades and go to free 5v5 and destroy them. Our only real competiotion are the cheaters in free 5v5. When we go back to playing solo-queue in either premium 5v5 or free 5v5 we lose in the long run.

Trying to play all day solo-queue to get the grind going is a lot more harder almost impossible and a lot worse than your competitions esea, esl and mm since you guys dont see premades as having an advantage and just focus on the average elo.

FIX THIS BY MAKING SOLO-QUEUERS PLAY AGAINST SOLO-QUEUERS!

The #2 biggest issue is players losing elo on purpose on account and use them to boost friends and getting boosted the same way in return.

Lets say 3 friends wanna rank up alot higher than their real lvl. They all create a secong account and lose on purpose in 5v5 free down to 400 elo each. Lets say they are all 1600 elo each. 1 of 3 of them login of his/hers 1600 elo account and tell the other 2 to login on their 400 smurf account and they just boost the player up to 2000 elo and then they switch accounts to boost the remaining 2 players up to 2000 from 1600.

This issue is GIGANTIC and ruins the faceit experience for all the players that get to play against them when they team up and REALLY BAD for the the players playing with them when they solo-queue to loose on purpose. Its really frustrating that players are still able to use this exploit as all of us have experienced this plenty of times now. Pls fix so the the faceit experience will not be horrible as it sometimes can be when we play with/against these types of players.

Last week i played against a team with a lvl 10 that queued up with 2 of his lvl 1 friends. They just destroyed us and just laughed about the fact that they could use this advantage without any punishment. His lvl 1 friends was smurfing and we had a real hard time trying our best, but in reality they were semi-pros and using this exploit.

Last I will encourage all of you faceit players to create new accounts and lose on purpose down to lvl 1 and then queue up with your friends to boost each others. Spread the word so that all use this exploit and mess up faceit. My friends are allready on it so we also can use this. Not fair that anyone can do it, so this is why we do it. SO faceit will fix it. SPREAD THE WORD! We will!

FIX THIS BY DOING AS MM DID BY MAKING HIGH LVL PLAYERS UNABLE TO PLAY WITH SMURF LOW LVL PLAYERS SINCE THE SKILLGAP IS TOO HIGH.
