I resonate a lot with your perspective — it’s easy to find improvements and look at growth edges on the professional level, but painful on the personal level. As I read your reflections something just popped into my mind — what if the professioal live is easier to tackle because you’ve proven yourself to be worthy and valuable? And what if you’ve had some failures on the personal level? Does a fail make you a failure?.. Or is just that it requires more effort to be good at it?
