Thinking vs. feeling in a minute

When you think you are in a duality concept. When you feel you are in oneness.

So that what seems so difficult is actually very simple. We are just not allowing ourselves to be that who we are so we rather think what should we look like instead of being that.

An awakened being
is a state of being
that exists right now
and is changing all the time.

That what you feel
when you feel nothing
neither positive
neither negative
is that who you really are.

State of being happy is not that who you are
because that state exists only in your mind
and what makes you crazy is the fear that pops up in your mind “what if”.

So if you want to be who you are
stop thinking and do that
what excites you in that moment
without thinking what will happen.
