The difference is:

It’s a well-supported (by like, statistics collected mainly by men and stuff) *fact* that the vast majority of all violence ever is perpetrated by men, whereas it’s *not a fact* that Blacks are any lazier than anyone else, in any way that anyone has been able to measure in a statistically valid way.

One is a fact; the other is a stereotype.
