Thanks Jonathan, yes a 2016 University of Pennsylvania study found that Competition is proven to improve gym attendance by up to 90%. It is this idea that we founded Tona on. But Tona isn’t just for the gym, you can also use it for home and outdoor workouts if inclined :)

Regarding the iPod commercials, we’ve been getting that a lot, and although it wasn’t intentional, it certainly is flattering to be compared to such an iconic campaign! 💪
