Go compare Calcium and Iron content and availability from milk and meat. Calcium and iron is massively higher than any unprocessed vegetables, nuts, seeds or fruits. It is a fudge to include artificially ‘fortified’ vegan products. If you want permanent iron deficiency and osteomalacia stick to being Vegan…….and remember no holidays in those exotic destinations that you so enjoy unless you can train it!
