Bulgaria Got a Law Requiring Open Source
Bozhidar Bozhanov

Congratulation Bozhidar. This is certainly a great step in the right direction.

Do you have any thoughts on how to manage contribution and maintenance of the code that is made public? For example, let’s say a particular tool gets popular, are their avenues to get budget to foster and maintain the code for its community of users?

I ask this because I use a lot of Open Source software (and have written my fair share as well) and, taking Netflix’s Falcor for example, it’s a great piece of software, but they don’t seem to have the time and resources to support the public community of users actually using it.

Thanks in advance.
