When one is writing but holding a position of leadership, perhaps in a company, how would you differentiate between a statement that is, in fact, just your opinion, and a statement where you are speaking on behalf of the company/group/team/etc?

Will this make negative assertions (for example, “This point is bad advice.”) sound arrogant or closed to debate?
