Nice article. I certainly agree with you on many points and would love to see projects get to a quicker “yes/no.” It takes some time to gradually break down some of the siloes in large systems, as well as build trust among the various impacted departments. Regarding your first point, I would stress that healthcare organizations tend to delay, thinking they can achieve 100% of the data/proof/buy-in, etc., before investing or piloting; however, that is not possible or practical when aiming for innovation.
