First off, I think points 2 and 3 are great, but I’ve got some major problems here.

This paragraph asserts that the author of the manifesto has no idea what they’re talking about when it comes to gender, but then you claim that you are not qualified to support that statement. Why should I believe your argument vs the manifesto?

To be clear, I agree with you, and believe there is data to support your claim, but as written this is only going to get nods from people who already agree with you and be ignored by those who don’t.
