A couple months in…
(this is a continuation of my previous story, 5 weeks)
On a lark, I decided to take another mirror photo this afternoon. I can’t remember exactly when I started training at Adrenaline but it was around 3 months ago. It’s part of my strategy, Being your best self, for all the wrong reasons. Since then, my kickboxing has improved quite a bit, and my defense in grappling is getting better. The only objective measurements I have are that I have attained a rank stripe on my white belt (which might actually be kind of subjective, I don’t really know how I earned it) and I’m up to 175 lbs. Here’s me before I started training:
