It depends, if you talk through the business model and explore it together it actually just starts to make sense.

If they’re an existing business is a 50/50 chance it works but it’s interesting how often the economics just work out that way or close. We’re usually looking for a 33% to 25% deal. You just have to get into the details and it gets pretty clear.

Second you have to note that this is often about defining a starting point and about diving profits. Expenses may be drastically different.
