Burnout in the Field
Doctors Without Borders

This speaks to what I’ve been going through for the passed five days. I am a personal trainer who works every day and while at first I thought I could do it, day in day out because I was passionate, last Wednesday it all came to a stop. Even today I feel the same and reading this confirmed this feeling for me. You made some great points that spoke directly to how I feel. This training has been my identity for a few solid years now and I’ve been going without fail. Now it worries me that I dread getting up to train in the morning when I used to be so excited for it.
