What a great post on go-to-market strategy and sales/price points for startups. I have this conversation so often with Founders. I would however, like to see the ambition higher — how about $1bn company? :-)
At the start, you can sell in an unscalable way; but the unit-economics must add up for your product, for when you sell at scale. Startups should then focus on proving they can sell in a low-touch way, if it’s a low cost product, etc.
