I dont know… a week in with a new macbook pro and my general feeling is someone wanted to mark their territory without much regard for users.

The gigantic trackpad is absurd, the USB-C ports only end up adding a to the cost of the device (substantially) and extra stuff one needs to carry around to get jobs done.

As a standalone device its quite beautiful but I find myself wanting hold off and stick with a 3 year old MBP that supports USB and is usable for everyday work.
