We are earlier on the continuum than Palo Alto here in Traverse City, Michigan, but already voices are rising that there’s no duty of the city to work towards affordable housing and a ballot measure requiring large projects to go before voters rather than be managed via zoning. Trump isn’t the only wall builder…
