This feels like pretty typical apple fanboy propaganda. As I type this on my Macbook, let me be the first to say that Apple has a history (but strangely not a reputation) of giving the customer the middle finger. If anything, you should have compared customer service policies of Amazon to Apple. Apple is the only company actively making policies to unfairly screw their customer base, while that very customer defends those policies. Meanwhile, Amazon has a customer first policy.
The only think Apple is “the best” at is marketing. Somehow they’ve managed to paint themselves as having the best products without ever delivering. They have delivered some good products, but more often they deliver flawed products without any way to repair, or any warrantee for the problems. It took MULTIPLE class action lawsuits before apple began putting a warrantee plan on their products.
