Andrew is a Manager of Data Science & Engineering at The City of New York. He has over 15 years creating and implementing technology in the commercial real estate, architecture, engineering, and facilities management fields including Space Management for Facebook, Pinterest, eBay, and VM Ware; Real Property & Lease Administration for US Steel, U.S. GSA (Formerly DGS); and Preventive & On-Demand Work Orders for JP Morgan Chase, San Bernardino County, and General Motors.

He is the founder of Retrobit.io, a modern open-standards based BIM tooling research project. He received his Master's in Data Science from UC Berkeley and graduated from New York University with a degree in Anthropology.

His passion is enabling intelligent building design and management to serve the common good. He believes that technology should augment our lives not dictate it.
