Why are we doing what we do?
Where are we now and how is our progress?
Where are our problems?
What should I know and do first? (in according to my position to the result of a task — “I am a client”, “I am approver of the result”, “I am responsible for the result”, “I am involved in the result delivery”)
What can I skip and still fell good?
….and don’t use “task lists”
