For me scale is about what’s in your company minus your HR or infra. It’s about operating in multiple geographies n replicating the same system without having to create another set of resources.

It’s about the fact that even if one fine day, all manufacturing units of coke is destroyed, they will still can come back easily thanks to their intangible brand value.

Services industry mostly is human driven at its core n that’s the reason I don’t see it scalable.
