Self Esteem… Do you have it?

Self Esteem is something that a majority of people have issues with.

Why is that so?

  • Lack of Self Worth
  • Lack of Self Respect
  • Lack of Belief in themselves

Depending on who you are, what you’ve learnt, and what you’ve been through in life, your self esteem can be quite low. For others it might be somewhere in the average range which is itself low.

How many people do you think walk around thinking to themselves…

  • I am Great!
  • I am Brilliant!
  • I am Beautiful!

I think it’s fair to say that probably less than 5% of people see themselves that way.

But the ones who do, are much more happy and confident. They live life with far less stress and anxiety.

Furthermore, if you don’t have a healthy self esteem then you are at serious risk of letting others treat you badly. As well as settling for far less than you deserve in all areas of your life.

So what do a majority of people walk around thinking about themselves…

  • I’m not that good
  • I am not that smart
  • I am not that pretty or handsome

What about the rest of the population who have a really low self esteem….

  • I am a loser
  • I am stupid
  • I am ugly

How can anyone feel good, be happy, and make others happy walking around thinking and seeing themselves in such a negative way.

They can’t! Not like that anyways…

So can most people be like the top 5% of the population and walk around with a high self esteem, self confidence, and self love?

YES! THEY CAN!

What will it take?

  • Will
  • Effort
  • Discipline

Essentially you need to Conquer yourself!

“The Buddha once said that it is better Conquer yourself than to Win a thousand battles. Then the Victory is yours. It cannot be taken away from you. Not by angels or demons heaven or hell.”

What does this mean? What am I trying to say?

It’s simple, we all have things that we don’t like about ourselves. Things we see as being negative. We are not perfect. Far from it, Physically, Mentally, and Emotionally.

But when we take steps to “better ourselves” and “become a better version of ourselves” this does wonders for our self esteem!

  • When you achieve personal victories, you feel better about yourself.
  • When you educate yourself and become more knowledgeable, you feel better about yourself.
  • When you train to be healthy and more attractive, you feel better about yourself.

It’s that simple. The more you grow and evolve in all areas of your life, (not just financially), the better you will feel about yourself and the more self esteem you will have.

We all want to be happy!

The way to do it is to build a solid and powerful self esteem, that is based on how you feel and see yourself, not how others see you.

Right now:

  • Make a decision,
  • Launch yourself into action; and
  • Do it until it’s fully done and complete.

Rise up to the challenge, Conquer yourself, and Build a Powerful and Healthy Self Esteem!

Be Happy!
