The Beshear/Coleman campaign is announcing the endorsement of the Kentucky Professional Fire Fighters (KPFF), which is made up of 43 fire fighter and EMS unions throughout Kentucky.

Beshear met with leadership of the KPFF on Friday in Louisville.

This comes as working families continue to unify behind Andy Beshear and Jacqueline Coleman’s vision to lift up working families. In fact, organizations representing workers such as the Kentucky State Building and Construction Trades Council, Kentucky Education Association, the Kentucky State AFL-CIO, and UAW in Kentucky have all recently thrown their support behind the Beshear/Coleman ticket, joining other labor unions and organizations.

Andy Beshear is set to campaign with Adam Edelen next week. He previously visited eastern Kentucky for unity events with Rocky Adkins.

“Kentucky’s first responders and fire fighters are true public servants who keep our communities safe. Whether they’re in uniform today or retired, I’ll fight to make it easier for our fire fighters and their families to earn a good living with dignity on the job, affordable health care, and a secure retirement,” said Andy Beshear. “It’s a true honor to have the endorsement of the Kentucky Professional Fire Fighters. Jacqueline and I believe in a big bright future for our commonwealth and that’s going to start with showing respect and doing right by working families.”
