A HORRIBLE MEMORY

I was talking things over with a new friend I met on Facebook. We were discussing our relative experiences of the ups and downs of mental-health and our feelings about how to come to terms with being ill.

Just talking about it peeled back a few layers. I can’t really express in words, but all can say is it felt very much like this:

When you lose sight of who you are
