We are delighted to announce the further expansion of Taskfeed. Adam Gibson joins Taskfeed as Business Development Representative.

Adam joins at a fantastic time in the company — We have experienced healthy growth this year, while also gaining a greater understanding of our customers’ challenges. From this, we are actively pursuing ways to make working with repeatable projects on the Salesforce platform even better, with more transparency for your customers and greater insight for you. Taskfeed is ideal for customer success-oriented businesses managing a high-touch Customer Onboarding process within Salesforce.

To date, Taskfeed has grown exclusively from word-of-mouth, and customers who found us on the AppExchange or our website who identified how Taskfeed would help them get organized and scale. Now, with Adam, we will start to engage companies and help educate those businesses about how Taskfeed enables you to implement a best practice approach to Customer Onboarding.

We would love for you to join us in celebrating Adam’s introduction, not only to Taskfeed but also the Salesforce Ohana. Hear from Adam in his own words:

“I’ve spent the past four years in business development roles in London and Madrid in software companies specializing in CRM solutions, and have a real interest in customer-centric software.

I’m thrilled to be joining Taskfeed at what is an exciting time for the company. It’s an outstanding platform, and I’m proud to be part of an organization so dedicated to the success of its customers.

Outside of work I have a real passion for horses. My family runs a small yard producing high-quality sports horses, and when I get the time, you can find me out competing throughout the UK.”

We look forward to the spinoff of the recent Salesforce Community event Shaun launched, “Surf Force,” with “Horse Force.” Stay tuned!

During a conversation with Adam, it struck me how much his approach to his business development role in the past resonated with ours. Having said that, I can’t wait to work with him, starting with Dreamforce!

If you’re attending Dreamforce this year, make sure to stop by Booth 1912 to see us, and to welcome Adam to our fantastic community.
