I increased my protein intake mostly through whey protein shakes. I also take a few supplements, mainly a multivitamin, fish oil and Vitamin D (my blood work said I needed more).
I also started eating less carb-heavy meals, and focused on more protein-heavy ones. I’m a pescetarian, so, that meant a lot more fish. But, honestly, a lot of 6-inch wheat Subway tuna sandwiches. With double tuna.
