Working out for me is both a time to be active and healthy, while also being hugely self-reflective, AND idea-generating.
Time with family and kids — find those activities/hobbies I like and do them with the family — being active outside, constructing things with wood, playing music. My dad and I have been in several bands together. It will be even greater when those collaborations span three generations.
