Or just stop by a local roaster, if you have one around. Worth traveling to. Get a light roast, black. Then sit back and taste it like wine. My first taste I thought the coffee was weak. It was actually just clean. Carmel, nuts, and sometimes fruit flavors come out. Very much like wine tasting, in fact. You can always add a whitener later.
