The Fitness Dichotomy
With the growth of the fitness industry over the last 10 years or more, it feels like there’s more info out there than ever before. There’s now more people than ever putting out content on social media and blog sites, as well as in the mainstream media.
Communities and cults almost, seem to born out of this sharing of contrasting information and then shrinking of the world due to social media. People putting a stake in the fitness ground for their particular diet, or method of training and claiming that it’s the right way to do things and that anyone opposing them is wrong.
