Do you know what Nulla poena sine lege means?
“Nulla poena sine lege (Latin for “no penalty without a law”) is a legal principle, requiring that one cannot be punished for doing something that is not prohibited by law. This principle is accepted and codified in modern democratic states as a basic requirement of the rule of law.”
How did a judge at an involuntary commitment hearing legally sentence me to be detained 20 days against my will, without allowing me to use my cell phone, without charging me with a crime? I did not break any laws by running away and telling nurses that I heard inserted thoughts. Even if you want to totally ignore the rule of law, and put me away for my own protection, how does taking away my ability to call my family, pay my contractors, pause my active affiliate ads, and search for drug side effects on the internet using my cell phone protect me?
