Not sure how you can suggest that a baby flipping in the womb is supposed to be any semblance of consent; I think even the staunchest libertarians would agree that sentience is crucial to the concept.

Also, the focus on the entrance and exiting of the womb is a little strawman; it’s not about the actual exit, it’s about the entire process.

And the property right in question is the hypothetical self-ownership of one’s body. The child needs the mother to live, yes, but I doubt anyone could agree I could force someone to accept a lifesaving treatment.
